A coach’s notebook, not a feed.

  • Someone wrote it

Every program was written by hand or compiled from a named source, and the program page tells you which. No model invents your sets.

  • Same answers, same plan

Recommendations follow fixed rules, not AI. Answer the same way twice and you get the same program, with the reason written out.

  • Muscles you can see

425 exercises have their own illustration, working muscles colored and named in your language.

  • Stays on your phone

No account, no sign-up. Workouts, records and your own programs live on your device, and the program library is built in.

For you

One program, fitted to you.

Three questions find your program: goal, experience and days a week. Three optional ones fit it to the gym you actually have.

Where do you train?

  • Fully equipped gym
  • Small gym
  • Dumbbells and a bench at home
  • No equipment
  • Calisthenics park
  • Cross training gym

Pick a setup and untick what’s missing. An exercise that needs something you don’t have is swapped for one that works the same muscle with what you do have.

Any injuries or pain?

  • Shoulder
  • Lower back
  • Knee
  • Wrist
  • Elbow

Mark a joint and exercises that load it are replaced by ones that train the same muscle without it.

With an injury, check with your doctor or physiotherapist which exercises are right for you.

How long can a session be?

  • 30 min
  • 45 min
  • 60 min
  • 90 min

If a session runs long, optional exercises go first, then the last sets of accessory work. The main lifts stay.

Deadlift

Setup

Stand at the bar with it over the middle of your feet. Hinge down and grip it at shoulder width; back flat, shoulders slightly in front of the bar.

Steps

  1. Brace your abs and break the bar off the floor, keeping it close to your legs.
  2. Once it passes your knees, drive your hips forward and stand tall.
  3. At the top, hips and knees are locked and shoulders are back.
  4. Lower the bar along the same path, pushing the hips back first.

Common mistakes

  • Rounding the back; the most serious injury risk.
  • Letting the bar drift away from the legs.
  • Leaning back from the lower back at the top.

Questions

Do I need an account?

No. There’s no sign-up and no login. Your workouts, records and programs are stored on your iPhone or iPad.

Is it AI?

No. The programs were written by hand or compiled from named sources. Recommendations follow fixed rules, so the same answers always give the same program, and every change explains itself.

What’s free?

21 beginner programs with their full plans, written guides for 145 exercises, every exercise name and illustration, and logging without limits. Pro programs show their goal, level, days, session length and equipment.

What does Pro add?

The full plan of all 121 programs and the written guides for all 453 exercises.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Free programs and guides are inside the app; Pro programs and guides download once after you subscribe. Exercise illustrations download the first time you open them. After that, everything works offline.

Which devices?

iPhone and iPad with iOS 15 or later. An Android version is planned, without a date yet.

Which languages?

English, Turkish, German, Spanish, French, Arabic, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. Exercise names stay in English, the way most gyms say them.

How do I cancel Pro?

In the app: Me → Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription. Or in the iPhone Settings app: Apple Account → Subscriptions. Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for, and your history stays after that.

I have an injury. Is Kinetude safe for me?

Kinetude isn’t medical advice. The injury question swaps out exercises that load the joint, but your doctor or physiotherapist knows your case; ask them which exercises suit you.
